Payment

You need to ensure that 100% Payment is received at least two weeks before commencement of the course start date.

Please check that the provisional booking number and delegate's name are mentioned when making the above payment.

Payment by Cheque

Cheques should be made in favor of Niche Management Solutions and crossed "a/c payee only" along with details of delegate’s name, provisional booking number and name of course.

Needless to mention that necessary time for cheque clearance would be required.

Service tax /Govt duties / levy

Service tax/ Govt. duties/ levy is chargeable as per rule.

If you are not eligible for Tax relief, we are obliged to charge you the full.

Cancellations

Cancellations must be confirmed in writing with due acceptance from our end.

Cancellations may be made at any time and a refund will be given in accordance with our cancellation conditions. It is accepted that fees paid may be carried forward to another course.

Cancellations are subject to the following:

For cancellations more than 4 weeks before the start of a course, 100% of paid fees may be carried forward to another course or full refund given.

Less than 4 weeks and more than 15 days, 70%of the fees can be carried forward to another course or alternatively a refund of 70% of the course cost can be given.

Less than 15 days, 50% of the fees will be carried forward to another course or alternatively a refund of 50% of the course cost can be given.

For cancellations received within one week of the course start date or if a delegate fails to attend the course, 100% cancellation charge will be made*.

*Wherever possible, every effort will be made to carry forward your payment and accommodate you on an alternative date. However, in certain cases some additional costs or charges may be incurred.

Alterations to the Programme

Niche Management Solutions reserves the right to improve or make amendments to courses or to the published programme or to cancel any course at any time and to offer an alternative date for training , a full refund or a credit, without liability for any consequential loss or damage.
